  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over $75 to ensure the safe return of your items.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Ship the item back to us securely, including the RMA number and proof of purchase.
  • We will process your return or exchange as soon as the item is received and inspected.
